Listen to your Heart

The Yes of Your Heart
When the world feels uncertain,
And the future is unclear,
Listen closely to your heart,
And let your truest yes appear.
For within your heart lies wisdom,
And a knowing that’s divine,
When you listen to its guidance,
You’ll find peace and light will shine.
Your heart knows what it wants,
And what it needs to thrive,
Trust in its intuition,
And let your spirit come alive.
So when faced with tough decisions,
And you’re not sure what to do,
Quiet your mind, tune in to your heart,
And let it guide you through.
For the yes of your heart is powerful,
And it will lead you to your truth,
Trust in its gentle whisper,
And you’ll find your way

Voice dialoque

I work with Voice dialogue. This is a therapeutic technique used to explore and understand the different aspects of your personality or psyche. The technique was developed by psychologists Hal Stone and Sidra Stone in the 1970s and is based on the idea that we all have different sub-personalities or “selves” that influence our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.

During a voice dialogue session, the therapist guides the client through a series of exercises designed to identify and explore these different selves. The client is encouraged to speak from the perspective of each self and to explore the feelings, beliefs, and motivations associated with each one. The therapist or coach may also ask questions and provide feedback to help the client gain a deeper understanding of their psyche.

Some examples of selves that may be explored during a voice dialogue session include the inner critic, the inner child, the caretaker, the achiever, and the rebel. By understanding and integrating these different selves, clients can gain greater self-awareness, self-acceptance, and personal growth.

Voice dialogue is often used to help individuals overcome issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship problems, and low self-esteem. It is a powerful technique that can help clients gain a deeper understanding of themselves and their inner world, leading to greater personal insight, self-acceptance, and positive change.

Voice dialogue provide an opportunity for clients to explore and understand the various parts of themselves in a supportive and non-judgmental environment. This can be particularly helpful for individuals who may be struggling with conflicting thoughts, feelings, or behaviors, and are looking to gain a greater sense of self-awareness and acceptance.

Partner coaching

Partner coaching is a type of coaching that involves working with a partner or spouse to improve the relationship, stop the relationship or achieve shared goals. It can be useful for couples who want to strengthen their communication, deepen their connection, and work through any challenges they may be facing.

It typically involves working with a professional coach who is trained to help couples navigate their relationship dynamics and identify areas for growth. The coach may use various tools and techniques to facilitate conversations and help the partners develop new skills and strategies for working together.

Partner coaching can be beneficial for couples at any stage of their relationship, whether they are just starting out or have been together for many years. It can help partners improve their communication, resolve conflicts, build trust, and create a shared vision for their future.

Key benefits of partner coaching:

  • Improved communication: Partner coaching can help couples learn to communicate more effectively and listen to each other with empathy and understanding.
  • Increased intimacy: Through coaching, partners can learn to deepen their emotional connection and build greater intimacy and trust.
  • Enhanced problem-solving: Coaching can help couples develop effective problem-solving strategies that enable them to work through challenges and find solutions together.
  • Greater sense of teamwork: Partner coaching can help couples develop a greater sense of teamwork and collaboration, which can strengthen their relationship and improve their ability to work together on shared goals.

Overall, partner coaching can be a powerful tool for couples. Are you want to look into your relationship or want to separate? And does that process need attention? Are you getting a divorce and are there children involved, but you can’t come to an agreement? Do you want to ′′ unbraid ′′ in a loving way from what it was and come to a new form together? Do you feel unheard or seen, are your boundaries being crossed?

We often know perfectly well what it takes to change the situation. Only we can never change the other in this and therefore continue to go round and round in the same circle, sometimes for years. Because only if you dare to look at yourself, then something can really change.

By creating visibility and stepping back into yourself and taking responsibility for yourself, you also take responsibility for each other and your relationship. From that point you can then, together or alone, live from freedom and connection again.

Microdosing isn’t a miracle cure

However with the correct approach microdosing can help you gain insight into your patrons and belief system in an engaging way. By combining with coaching, you can tap into a deep understanding of what lies within you. Uncover the hidden insights that want to come out and see the light.

It helps you to understand your own practice and build a real connection with nature. Through this practice – involving the mysterious power of fungi – you can gain what you need, not just what you want.

Microdosing coaching is a relatively new approach to coaching that involves the use of psychedelic substances, such as psilocybin, in very small doses. The idea behind microdosing is that by taking a sub-perceptual amount of a psychedelic substance, an individual may experience a range of benefits, including increased creativity, improved mood, and enhanced cognitive functioning.

Microdosing coaching involves working with a trained coach who can help guide clients through the experience of taking a microdose of a psychedelic substance. The coach may help clients to set intentions for their microdosing sessions, and to develop strategies for integrating any insights or experiences that arise.

It is important to note that microdosing coaching is not for everyone, and that there are legal and safety considerations to take into account. In many jurisdictions, the use of psychedelic substances is illegal, and there are potential risks associated with their use, such as adverse reactions, psychological distress, or exacerbation of underlying mental health conditions.

If you are interested in exploring microdosing coaching, it is important to do your research, and to work with a trained and experienced coach who can guide you through the process in a safe and supportive way. It is also important to ensure that you are aware of the legal and ethical considerations, and to take steps to minimize any potential risks.

Are you looking for a deeper purpose in life, but not sure how to find it? Are blocks stopping you from following your heart? Want to make career changes, but feeling stuck?

Microdosing coaching can offer you clarity, break patterns, and help you find peace with your past.

If you want to get the most out of your journey contact me. I will guide you with meditation, breath, rituals and nature through the process, helping you to heal and transform.

Your inner voices

I am always very curious about people and what moves them. In all the years that I have been a coach I have been able to work with so many beautiful people and explore their internal dialogue, something I do with so much passion.

And over the years always talking to my own voices, the selves, I call them “Wuppies”. There is more and more balance and I really love all my voices. I can hear them, they may really be there, we are in contact. I listen to them and sometimes not or later but always from a loving connection and with alignment.

That’s the way for me and so my way of working gives space to the voices to the selves. If you are curious, listen to this podcast. The technique Voice dialoque just like besides breath work and meditation are always intervention techniques that I use.

Voice dialogue is a therapeutic technique that involves exploring different aspects of one’s personality or psyche through conversation. It was developed by psychologists Hal and Sidra Stone in the 1970s and has since been used in various forms of therapy, coaching, and personal development.

The basic premise of voice dialogue is that everyone has different “selves” or sub-personalities that make up their overall personality. These selves can be seen as different voices or perspectives that exist within us and can influence our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.

In voice dialogue, a therapist or facilitator helps an individual identify and explore their various selves by having them engage in a dialogue or conversation with them. For example, an individual may have a “critical self” that is always judging and criticizing them, or a “nurturing self” that is kind and compassionate.

By engaging in a dialogue with these different selves, an individual can gain insight into their own patterns of behavior and learn to understand and integrate these different aspects of themselves. Voice dialogue can also help individuals gain greater self-awareness, self-acceptance, and self-compassion.

Voice dialogue is often used in conjunction with other therapeutic techniques and can be adapted to fit the needs of different individuals and situations. It can be practiced in one-on-one sessions or in group settings, and can be used for personal growth, relationship counseling, or even in business and organizational settings.

Stress reduce & awareness

Stress reduce & Awareness,

”There are a variety of ways that you can work to reduce stress in your life and get more awareness. One way is to try to incorporate some form of voice dialogue into your daily life.

What is voice dialogue?

This means talking with the different voices in your head and just hear the little voices, listen and do not judge let them, just be. You are and have many selves and they all have their own voice, feelings, patrons, and believes. We also call it sub-personalities. Voice dialogue is a method to discover and understand your sub-personalities. A way to get more in touch with your inner being. It is a form of Personal development.

It is a technique for entering into a dialogue with your inner voices. The technique originated in the 1970s as a result of experiments by psychologists Hal and Sidra Stone. These inner voices, or sub-personalities, are present in every human being.

There are several ways to work with this technique the most easy way to get to know it is to start with the journey yourself. Just sit with yourself and focus on your body and ask your self the questions below:

1. What do I feel? ( your emotions)

2. Which repetitive thoughts do you recognize? (thought patterns)

3. What is your tendency to do (behavior)

4. What do you feel in your body (body feeling)

You only have to do this for a few minutes every day and you will notice what is happening after a while. So give it a try who knows it will give you new entrances to working with yourself.

Voice dialogue can help you to become more aware of yourself, your patrons, triggers and surroundings. It can even help to release some of the stress that you may be carrying around. It gives you more insights to become to sustainable decisions in your daily life and with your purpose.

If you’re curious about what voice dialogue can mean to you, google it or listen to an audio book. If you want to experience it, please contact me and I will take you on the first step of this inner journey to your selves.

Microdosing the why and how

Microdosing is  like a “Microscoop” into your life, what can give you a different perspective of looking at yourself.  It will increase your consciousness and sensory experience. Slow down and let the medicine help you to (re)connect with yourself and nature.

Finding your why. Why will you experience Microdosing get this one clear. Is it to help you with your depression, is it to enhance your creativity, is it to become more connection to your mind or body, or becoming a better human being. really know your intention.

Also important for me is start small. To really observe how the medicine is impact you, start with a low dose. By starting small you allow yourself to build up a relationship with the medicine. With little steps you can connect better and will get a real connection with the plant, fungi and with nature.

The third thing is feellifenow by the tools of Stillness, Meditation and Breath. Because often people do not feel and then think it is not working. You have to give the medicine an opportunity to work. The best way to do this is in stillness and slowing down. I recommend to go outside, sit and take some breaths, put off noise and no outside triggers. Just a few minutes so that you can experience and give yourself the opportunity to log out the “rat race”. And really give yourself the opportunity to feel and become present. So that you can feel how the MD is infecting you. I ask you to be still and feel, feel your breath, the fresh air and see how this experience is for you.

Further I advise you to make your own ritual. For example in the morning on an empty stomach and also in this time it is important to take your time.

Next important thing is Journaling, track and documenting your journey. So write down what you feel to become more and more self aware. Write your feelings, emotions and behaviors. How does it make you feel, are you noticing uncomfortable or more at ease. And really observing your sleep, how was it before and after, how is your fitness and your mental state enz.

And at last implement the practice in your live. MD is not a magic pill how ever MD is a very valuable tool. But the benefits are even more if you al ready prioritizing your fitness, your sleep the way you eat speak enz. It is important that you build other health practicing so you support the MD practice and protocol and you get the best benefit out of this journey.

A lot of people searching and looking for a simple solution, a magic exercise of supplement but if you neglected the other areas it will not have the benefits you really can have with MD. Feel empowered to make the best decision for yourself.  You have so much greatness and divinity inside of you, and often we become a prisoner of our own mind, past feelings emotions, patrons and trauma’s.  I really believe that MD is such an amazing vehicle for helping us free us self from the chain from  the past. Let’s escape the prison of your own mind, thoughts and trauma and thrive with the essence of who you really are.

With love Wieneke
