In my opinion, Our body tells us everything, just breath and listen is one of the most important things that we can do for our personal development. It is a way to connect with our true nature and to find our authentic selves. When we connect with our breath, we connect with our life force, our energy, and our power.
We just have to be willing to listen. Breathing is a good place to start. It is the most essential function of our lives and the least appreciated.
With a clear head you work effectively and enjoy what you do as much as possible. But what if you are regularly attacked by stress, back pain, headache or Migraine or any other physical discomfort.
Many people think there’s not much you can do about this, but in reality, you can. If you discover the real cause of it, you will soon know how to stay ahead of the pain.
In working with your breath and the different intervention techniques and Microdosing. I take you inside to discover what your body wants to say to you, because only you know and can really listen.
By being in connection with your body, you get information. Might sound vague if you’ve never heard of it. But once in contact, in connection with your body, it deepens.
This learning process continues for a lifetime. Feeling just a tiny bit lighter already matters. It’s nice and pleasant. And by simply living and enjoying the breathing space that can expand within yourself, insecurities decrease and you increase your inner confidence.
By working with the breath and paying attention to what is in the moment. Just by focusing your attention on your body. To feel how you feel and then allow what is. Easy to say, but useful for a lifetime, so you can be yourself and just be.
Relaxing is what really helps us in our development. Tension and relaxation. Both sides of a coin. And both matter. Tension often comes naturally when stress arises. Relaxation also comes naturally when you go to sleep.
Breathing has liberated me partly with other techniques, I now know. Because of the rest, meditating and breathing and connection with nature and psychedelica, I got back in touch with my feelings. My body made me feel again.
I could let it in and let it flow again.
And that is why the breath is important in all my work. Tension and relaxation come naturally, but you can also learn to do it consciously.
